Michael and Roxanne Steffl have been the owner/operators of Steffl Drilling & Pump for 35+ years. Mike Steffl has experience in all aspects of drilling, pump installation/service, and pump tests. Past president of the MN Water Well Association and certified by the National Groundwater Association. Two additional drillers with 35+ years of combined field experience are on staff with Steffl Drilling. All are experienced in domestic, municipal, and hard rock drilling along with cathodic protection. Pump technicians are trained for installation and service of submersible and turbine pumps in domestic and commercial applications. All have experience in pump tests. The staff is certified by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, OSHA, and Hazwoper. All have experience in pump tests.
